Cliphair Extensions Review

15" Full Head Set - cliphair.co.uk
My first purchase of clip in hair extensions was a few years ago while watching QVC, it was the Ken Paves and Jessica Simpson range. It was hair weaved onto a cap it and cost around £70, you couldn't heat style it and the hair was way too thick for my small head! All in all not a great decision. This kind of put me off getting hair extensions again for so long.  I was always thinking "what if I don't suit them?" Then last Christmas I was out shopping I popped into Salon Services and got myself some and as soon as I put them in I was hooked! Thought to myself why didn't I purchase these before now??

I wore them for a year and then decided it was maybe time to get myself a new set and I had heard a lot about cliphair on twitter and facebook and seen so many lovely pictures so thought I would give them a try.

I ordered them on 27th as I required them for New Year so paid extra for a pre 1pm delivery and as promised arrived on 28th.  In a hurry to ensure I received them in time I ordered a colour I thought would be correct but turned out it was a bit to light for me so clip hair happily sent me out a replacement set pre 1pm again and I got them in time for New Years Yay!!  When I got my replacement set I noticed they were still a little off my own colour (to hard to match highlighted hair! Booo me!) so I called up my hairdresser and they kindly put some low lights in them to match my own colour.

So I ordered a full head 15" set which included;

Two 8 inch (20cm) wide wefts - 3 clips per weft
Two 6 inch (15cm) wide wefts - 3 clips per weft
Two 4 inch (10cm) wide wefts - 2 clips per weft
Two 2 inch (5cm) wide wefts - 1 clip per weft

Since I have been doing a fair bit of research on extensions I must say in terms of quality and value for money cliphair ticks all the boxes.  For £45 this is 75g of super soft 100% Remy human hair.

My hair is to fine, flat and weak that extensions provide me with a lot extra va va voom!

  5. I always buy the best quality Remy Clip In Hair Extensions as they are made from 100% human hair and also blend well with your natural hair. I ordered them from abhair at quite a reasonable rate. They also have a wide range of colored extensions that can be used to add highlights to your hair without coloring them.
